Being a voice artist for the past 25 years..i came across a vast change in audio media ...which has completely changed the face of  the entertainment industry .....
And that made me think in a different direction ...  so i embarked  upon a new journey...AUDIOPUSTAK.
We all read books ..in fact we all start reading, when we first learn the alphabet ‘ a ‘ ...in our growing up years we read a lot..mainly for study purpose and of course for recreation too..but as you grow...you find less and less time to take out a book and read...time constraint ..age and eyesight issues...could be some of the reasons ..or having studied in English medium unable to read in ones mother tongue i.e Marathi   in fluency ..and causing interruptions..but one still wants to read .. so ....what if someone reads for you ? what if you can listen to the classics in good ,clear and  expressive voice? And This is possible if you are driving ...or doing your daily chores ...
So all these thoughts put together thought of AUDIOPUSTAK was born...in western countries such audio cds are very common ,in fact any book published also has an audio cd of the same . so why cant the same happen in Marathi literature?
So this is going to be an effort to bring Marathi literature in audio format AUDIOPUSTAK
